Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Accessories and spare parts unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt

Return Process

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. E-Scooters.US is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
